Lead Nurturing is the process of taking the leads that you have acquired and cultivating professional growth between your company and each lead.

Leads can come from your website, email or in-person meetings. Lead Nurturing usually starts after the first contact is made. Here we will be focusing on how to utilize your Email to your best advantage.  Doing so can benefit your business in terms of acquisition and retention of leads.

One of the great benefits of using e-mail is that you can automate the entire process after you setup the content to use. The most time consuming part of E-mail Lead Nurturing is writing the copy itself. First, conceptualize what it is that you would like to do to generate leads.  To do this, you will need a white-list email company to blast (or send out multiple e-mails simultaneously) the automated emails out. I recommend MailChimp, Constant Contact or IContact. All three of these companies have a feature called "auto-responders" which you can use to send out automatic emails to any lead once their email has been entered into the database. You can also control the frequency of the emails being released.  As a business owner, I prefer IContact for two reasons.  First, I have been in business with this company for over a year and have been very satisfied with their reliable service.  Second, IContact is quite affordable, charging only around $10.00 per month.
