We're based out of West Lafayette, Indiana near the Purdue University campus.
What are your Business Hours?
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST - Monday thru Friday.
What areas do you serve?Greater Lafayette, Indianapolis and the Chicagoland area primarily.
We are afraid of the "big guys" (like larger web development companies) since we feel like they may not have the time or attention for a small project, or that we might be put on a back burner and forgotten. How is Dunsen Design different?At Dunsen Design, no job is too big or too small. We work with big and small businesses, corporations, professionals, home business owners and start-ups. We do not have the bloat of larger companies and are very accessible.

Hosting FAQ
Do you own your servers?
No. We partner with remote data centers who physically store websites there.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Depending on the project it might be highly suggested though.
Can you host our website and register our domain name?
Yes and yes.
Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
Yes.
Can you migrate our website to your hosting?
Depending on the technology used we are able to migrate most websites to our hosting.

How Does Your Web Design Process Work?
Our mission is to build the best and most cost effective website for your business. A professionally built website can promote your products and services, enhance your image, attract new clients and help generate leads. With that in mind, we will carefully research your business needs and plan a strategy to create the ideal solution for your company.
Do you use any proprietary or licensed technologies?
We typically use "Open Source" technologies in the majority of our projects. This means to you that none of the technology used are licensed to us. At times some smaller third party extensions are used but typically come with a nominal yearly software support fee.
What is your typical turn around period?
Every project is different so time might vary. A typical project can vary around six weeks.
After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves easily?
Yes. We utilize CMS (Content Management System) software so you have control of your website.
Will we get a chance to review and suggest modifications to the website before it is launched?
Yes.
I want a site like eBay/X/Facebook/etc. Can you do this?
Yes.
Do you design Adult Web sites?
Nope.

Can you help us get listed in Search Engines like Google?
Yes.
No. Less than a dozen people in the world have control over Google's algorithm for example, so it is impossible for us to guarantee results. We can influence Google and other search engines and stay atop of their latest trends to help rank your site as high as possible by giving search engines what they are looking for- great content.
